    Joe – my question to you is this.. Isn’t somewhat unusual… that the Pro Football HOF and the Pro Basketball HOF are electing players… by the cart loads EVERY YEAR … while the Baseball HOF is electing … at most 2 a yr. and sometimes only one … even with the Vets Committee or whatever they deem to call themselves … every 2 yrs?

    A new column for the Kansas City Star? I can only imagine how busy you are, Joe, with SI, the blog, the Star, 9/9/9 and…oh yeah, a wife and two kids, but I’m dying for some KC Star content. To Clutch and Popester, I feel pretty confident Joe will remain in KC. I could be wrong, but something tells me that Margo and the kids will keep Joe from getting too starry-eyed and going all Hollywood on us!
