He ain’t heavy, he’s my brother

There’s a true media star in the family … and it’s my brother Tony. Check him out on CNN, he’s the guy in the Mike Brady Square of the tic tac toe board. The story is about how it feels to be judged by looks, and Tony talks just a bit about how much different people treat you after you drop 200 pounds.

There’s a lot more, of course, on his blog.

He’s got a great story. Someone should write a book about him.

My friend did the exact same thing, though less dramatically taking a picture every month or so. He wanted to get under 200 lbs from his previous 265, and did it in a couple of months, while building muscle mass. Incredible what people can do if they cut out processed food and exercise regularly. (I say this as enjoy my four slices of pizza and type on a computer.)

Wow he has a great blog too. I just spent to much time reading it. The entry about the interview was priceless.

Congrats to Tony Poz, that’s some great work and dedication there. (slight threadjack here) – he might improve his fitness potential through use of this product and this song as motivation:

Hope you didn’t pick on him when you were kids, Joe.

Tony’s got tickets to the Gun Show now. Looks like a bouncer.

Congrats to Tony! He’s an inspiration to us all, particularly those of us who have a few extra pounds to lose.

Also, those of us who are interested are dying to know: Have you made a decision on hiring an assistant? And if so, how can we apply?
